The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Hoofcare Essentials Foundation and are charged with establishing direction, setting policy, and providing leadership to the Foundation. The Board of Directors shall also provide direction, empowerment, and oversight to Foundation Staff, Standing Committees, and Task Forces.
