We often receive requests on how individuals can become part of the Hoofcare Essentials Foundation. The Board of Directors has created a unique program to address this opportunity - Patrons.Patrons will receive benefits based upon their financial commitment.
Levels of Commitment include:
- BRONZE ($100)
- SILVER ($250)
- GOLD ($500)
- PLATINUM ($750)
- DIAMOND ($1,000) (Diamond Patrons will receive the same benefits (as appropriate) as our Educational Partners.
